After decades of disinvestment from the state and federal government, NYCHA is facing its worst financial crisis in its history with $40 billion unmet capital repair needs to improve the quality of life for residents across the city. This panel will feature speakers from the public, private and non-profit sectors. It will focus on NYCHA's public-private partnerships, which enable the Authority to make vital improvements to apartments, improve property management, and enhance social services.
