The WX Mentoring Program invites participants of the 2022-2023 program year to attend its second core event featuring Caroline Gadaleta, Executive Managing Director/Head of Tri-State Property Management at JLL. Caroline is a New York-based wife of one, mom of two, and mentor of many! She has spent her career in commercial real estate honing her managerial and leadership skills across a variety of high-impact roles in property, facility and transaction management. Caroline recently released her first book Feed Your Future: Morsels on Building a Meaningful Career in which she takes obvious, everyday occurrences and turns them into lessons in confidence, attitude, career, management, mentorship and leadership. Her message is that inspiration is everywhere – that the smallest experience can teach a lesson or spread hope! All Program participants in attendance will receive a copy of her book.
