Please join us in February to hear from key stakeholders in high-profile NYS Empire State Development (ESD) projects as they discuss bold initiatives to address the State's housing affordability crisis, drive innovation, and revitalize infrastructure. Under Governor Kathy Hochul’s leadership, ESD is playing a pivotal role in facilitating historic public-private investments that are reshaping the state’s real estate landscape. Our panelists will provide insight into how ESD and its partners are creating good-paying jobs, tackling the housing shortage, and spurring economic growth across New York.
Panelists will explore transformative projects such as Micron’s $100 billion investment in Upstate New York, one of the largest economic development projects in U.S. history, and the conversion of 5 Times Square from office to residential. Additionally, we will hear about the redevelopment of Creedmoor Psychiatric Center, which will create hundreds of new affordable housing units while ensuring integration with the surrounding neighborhoods.
