In collaboration with NYECC, Women in Real Estate (WX) is hosting a breakfast panel discussion on energy markets, the forces driving energy costs, and how owners can respond. The discussion will begin with an overview of energy supply markets and the regulatory and geopolitical factors that influence them. Attendees will then hear from commercial and multifamily property owners about strategies for mitigating exposure to energy market volatility and the key sustainability considerations they should be discussing with their design teams when evaluating building investments.
